Under the Indian Partnership Act 1932, The government of West Bengal developed an online application for the registration of Partnership firm. This Portal helps the partnership firms to apply the online application form, Online payment, Tracking of application and the online final certificate.

  • This portal contains the application process workflow which helps both the applicant and the department officials to apply and process the application online.

  • This Portal enables the immediate notification by both Email and SMS for any action taken by the department officials against the application number submitted by Partnership Firm.

  • This Portal enables the transparency between the Applicant and the Department and avoids the direct interaction between the applicant and the department.

Q 1: Who can apply for Partnership Firm Registration?

The firm who is having more than 2 Partners to be registered.

Q 2: What is the procedure to apply for Partner ship Firm Registration?

The Partnership firms can register in this portal and apply through Online.

The procedures are available under the heading Documents.

Q 3: What documents are to be uploaded for a Registration?

Initial and Current Trade License, Partnership Deed, Special Certificate,

Firm Pan Card, Professional Tax Receipt and Applicant scanned Signature.

Q 4: What is the payment to be made to avail the services?

The fee amount of Rs. 300 to be paid by applicant for each application.

Q 5: How to make Payment for license fees?

Online Payment through the portal. After submission of the form and uploading of Partner's Signature,

the payment link will be enabled and applicant can click on the Payment link to make their payment online.

Q 6: Is there any Offline or Cash Payment allowed?

No. As per BRAP 2017, only the online payment accepted in the portal for the registration of Partnership Firm.
